America’s Vaping Laws

For a country that has legalised marijuana in some states, America has a surprisingly restrictive view of vaping.  

The ban on flavoured e-liquid in San Francisco, which begins in April 2018, had many  vapers shocked and we thought we’d clue you up on which states are restricting where you are allowed to vape.  To read more about international vaping laws, click here. Otherwise, let’s talk about the USA.
